3. User-Generated Content

HighReels allows you to upload content and create AI-generated content. This content remains associated with your account according to the functionality of the Service.

Uploaded and generated content is stored so that you can access, manage, edit, publish, and use your content through HighReels.

Content is private by default unless you choose to publish or otherwise make it available to other users through the Service.

3.2 Public Content

If you choose to publish content publicly, that content may be visible to other HighReels users and may be associated with your public profile.

Public content may be viewed, interacted with, shared, or otherwise accessed by other users depending on the features and settings available within HighReels.

3.3 Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the content you upload or create using HighReels and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and legal authority to use that content.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

HighReels uses artificial intelligence technologies provided by multiple third-party AI service providers to generate and process content.

The specific AI provider used may vary depending on the feature, generation type, availability, performance, or other technical considerations.

When you request an AI-generated video or related AI processing, information required to perform that operation may be transmitted to the applicable third-party AI provider. This may include:

• Images;
• Videos;
• Audio files;
• Text prompts;
• Instructions or generation parameters;
• Other content necessary to complete the requested operation.

These providers process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may use different AI providers over time and may change providers as our Service evolves.

4.1 AI Model Training

HighReels does not use your content to train our own AI models.

However, third-party AI providers may process submitted information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data-processing practices. Where applicable, we seek to use providers and configurations that are appropriate for processing user content on behalf of HighReels.

4.2 AI-Generated Voice

HighReels does not currently provide functionality for users to create videos containing AI-generated voices.

5. Images, Faces, and Other People

HighReels allows users to upload photographs and other media that may contain their own face or the faces of other individuals.

Such images may be processed by HighReels and by third-party AI providers when necessary to provide requested AI-generation features.

You must not use HighReels to create or distribute content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

We may take action, including removing content or restricting accounts, where we reasonably believe content violates our terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

6. Social Features and Public Content

HighReels provides social networking functionality, including public profiles, followers, following, likes, comments, direct messaging, public feeds, and sharing functionality.

When you use these features, information associated with those interactions may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings and the nature of the feature.

6.1 Public Profiles

Information that you choose to include in a public profile may be visible to other users.

6.2 Comments and Likes

Comments, likes, and similar interactions may be visible to other users in connection with the relevant content or profile.

6.3 Direct Messages

If you use direct messaging, messages and related information are processed to provide the messaging functionality, maintain the Service, address abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.

6.4 External Sharing

HighReels may allow you to share content outside of the Service. Once you share content with another platform or person, that recipient or third-party platform may independently copy, store, distribute, or otherwise process the content.

HighReels does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

7. Account Information

HighReels supports multiple authentication methods, including:

• Google authentication;
• Apple authentication; and
• Phone-number authentication.

Depending on the authentication method you select, the relevant authentication provider may provide us with information necessary to authenticate your account.

HighReels uses Expo Notifications to support push notification functionality.

You can generally control notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may cause some notification-related features to become unavailable.

10. Credits, Purchases, and Payments

HighReels offers paid credits or other paid functionality.

Payments may be processed through multiple payment providers and/or platform payment systems, depending on the platform, purchase method, location, and product.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information, such as payment card details, billing information, transaction information, and other information necessary to process a transaction.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, HighReels does not directly require you to provide your complete payment-card credentials to us.

Payment providers are responsible for their own processing of payment information and may have separate privacy policies and terms.

11. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Sentry

HighReels uses Sentry for error monitoring, crash reporting, diagnostics, and service reliability.

The exact information transmitted to Sentry may vary depending on the circumstances of an error and the configuration of the Service.

HighReels provides functionality allowing users to delete uploaded and generated content from their profile.

When content is deleted, we intend to remove the applicable content from our active systems and backups in accordance with our deletion processes, subject to technical limitations and any information we are legally required to retain.

Because certain account-deletion functionality may vary depending on the current version of the Service, users who cannot delete their information through the App may contact us using the contact information provided below.
